Question 1

How do I place an order on StarGem?

Accepted Answer

Choose 50–50,000 Stars or a 3-, 6-, or 12-month Premium plan, enter the recipient’s public Telegram username, and select a payment method. Check the matched profile and final amount before continuing to payment.

Question 2

Why does the price depend on the payment method?

Accepted Answer

The price accounts for the exchange rate and payment-method fees. StarGem recalculates the amount as soon as you select a method, and the displayed price already includes that payment provider’s costs.

Question 3

What should I enter in the Recipient field?

Accepted Answer

Enter a public Telegram username in the @username format—your own or the person receiving the gift. Check the matched profile; we never ask for a password, login code, or account access.

Question 4

When will Stars or Premium arrive?

Accepted Answer

Processing starts automatically after payment is confirmed. Telegram will show the updated Stars balance or active Premium subscription once delivery is complete.

Question 5

What's the difference between Telegram Premium and Stars?

Accepted Answer

Stars are Telegram’s in-app currency for digital goods, gifts, and creator support. Premium is a subscription to expanded Telegram features for 3, 6, or 12 months.

Question 6

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Accepted Answer

Refresh Telegram and check the payment status. Do not pay again: if delivery is delayed, message @stargem_support_bot and include your order number.
